Most Anticipated Superstars of WWE 2K17

Most Anticipated Superstars of WWE 2K17

WWE 2K17 makes its way back to the main stage on October 11 with over 150 of wrestling’s greatest personalities. 2K Sports has been releasing the names of the wrestlers in blocks of 25-35 every Tuesday and will continue to do so through August. The list is nearly complete, but there’s no reason to even consider looking at next week’s lineup. We’ve already got the best! Let’s climb atop the ropes, firmly plant our feet within the turnbuckle, and take a look at the top 5 wrestlers from WWE 2K17 .

Andre The Giant

Andre The Giant

Perhaps the greatest antagonist in the history of wrestling, Andre The Giant will grace the platform of WWE 2K17 when it hits stores in early August. Andre was as captivating of a figure as he was tall. Let’s hope 2K Sports also brings back Andre The Giant’s most infamous foe, Hulk Hogan.

Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels

One of my favorite wrestlers of all time, Shawn Michaels seemed bigger than life during the early 1990’s. He was arguably the greatest onstage performer in the history of the spectacle. I can only imagine what Sweet Chin Music is going to look like in WWE 2K17 . Let’s hope 2K Games has something unique up their sleeve for Michaels in this year’s installment.

Ultimate Warrior

Ultimate Warrior

The Ultimate Warrior was one of the best characters featured in WWE 2K16 with his authentic moves, outrageous outfits, and killer entrances. Seeing this WWE veteran make the list of 150 is certainly a welcome sight. I can’t wait to sprint from the curtain, around the ring, and right onto the mat like I’ve just completely lost my mind. Let’s get it!

The Rock

The Rock

Yep, WWE’s pride and joy made the cut again this year and I couldn’t be more excited. The Rock embodies everything that is pure about the WWE – his character is pure genius and his finishing moves will go down as some of the best ever. Can you smell what the Rock is cooking?

Goldberg

Goldberg

You can’t help but love to hate this walking steroid advertisement. He’s been wrestling’s meathead since he debuted in the mid-1990’s on WCW’s biggest stage. However, Goldberg does have one of the coolest looking moves in all of wrestling. Yep, the Goldberg Spear is totally awesome and equally deadly. I can’t wait to spear some food with that overly inflated right shoulder.
