Sex, sex, sex…it’s all over the place in gaming anymore. But even back in the day there were perverts working in video game design. What do we mean? Let’s start with Samus Aran, for example. If you played the original Metroid, you thought you were playing as a badass dude until the very end when Samus strips off her suit and is standing there in a bikini. But that’s not the only time that sex has sold a game. It shows up all over in games that may not even have a sexual connotation to them at all. Sometimes developers try to get clever with hiding their sexy shenanigans. Sometimes they throw it in your face.
